Pneumatic atomizing nozzles

BETE dual-fluid nozzles produce the finest possible atomization by mixing liquids with air or gas. By combining interchangeable air and liquid caps, flat jet, hollow cone or full cone spray patterns can be created with pneumatic atomizer nozzles. The drops produced by pneumatic atomizer nozzles are among the smallest drops that can be achieved in atomization technology.

Depending on the application and drop fineness, the liquid is supplied or sucked in either with excess pressure or without pressure. Pneumatically controlled needle valves enable defined pressure on the product surface. Main applications for dual-fluid nozzles include cooling, disinfection, coating, adhesive spraying, spray drying, product humidification, spray lubrication and air humidification.
